As a Dallas/Fort Worth native, Veronica has known the area since the age of four years old. After going to college in Boston and Chicago, Veronica received her first real estate experience in New York City. After deciding that the big Apple wasn’t for her, she returned to her roots. Veronica has much experience in finding homes as primary and investment properties. She also has much experience in rehabbing and remodeling homes and has grown a network of people to help. She has worked hard as a property manager as well, and pays close attention to her clients’ needs.

In 2016, Ms. Gan moved to Grapevine after living in Denton in investment properties for 10 years. She moved to Southlake in December of 2020 and is now an active part of the community as a resident and as a parent with two children in the school system. Ms. Gan is extremely familiar with Southlake as a resident and as an active part of the community. She studies houses in her spare time and assesses what homes would be best for the best personal situations for those who wish to be part of the Southlake community.
With 13 years of experience in real estate, Ms. Gan is more than qualified to find the best suiting property for each of her clients’ needs.

Ms. Gan is also a violinist and an aerial silks performer in her spare time.
